Izzy Molina went above and beyond to please us and save us money since our auto insurance State Farm adjustor took more than month to assess the car and the payment was below BMW quoted on total estimated damages and repairs needed. As always BMW never has disappointed me and Izzy worked his very best to minimize our costs significantly. Excellent care od the client I have been a BMW owner for 7 years and still their reputation regarding best support and care to their clients is always 10+. Will definitely recommend this automotive shop and repair to anyone with a BMW including a family member.

My convertible top would not close properly. Called Century BMW and set up an appointment. Took the car in a day early and met my service advisor Izzy Molina and he wrote up the order. The next day I got a text with the results of the tests on my car. Turned out to be a battery issue. They changed they battery and reset to they car. No more issues with the top.

I recently purchased an older BMW Z4 and had a not so great experience with some warranty work done at a "tire company". I was not sure the last time the oil was changed in my car, so I made my appointment with Century BMW. From the time I pulled in until the time I left, I was treated as a valuable customer. They also cleaned my car inside and out, complimentary. Any future appointments I need for my Z4 will be with Century BMW.

My service person was the best ever. I have had issues so many times at this dealership and now it seems to be turning around. I want this person as my service advisor from now on. He kept in contact, was proactive, prompt and got the job done. Best trip to dealership since 2009.

I scheduled a service appointment for my 2017 BMW X5 35d EGR cooler safety recall . Everything from scheduling , repair and car pickup went very smooth . Working with James Rohrer was a pleasure. He met me when I arrived and we discussed what had been scheduled and added two items not scheduled. He notified me when the work was complete and we discussed in detail all the work performed.

This was my first oil service for my 2022 Mini Countryman. I am 1.5 hours drive from Century BMW. My appointment was for 1pm. I arrive at 12:09pm and was met by a very friendly and knowledgeable service advisor. I was told it would be 1 to 1.5 hours and directed to the lounge and to help myself to coffee, water and snacks while there. I found the lounge/waiting area well appointed with a variety of tables & chairs as well as couch like seating area. I settled in to do some work on my computer and in less than an hour my service advisor appeared to let me know my car service was completed and escorted me to my vehicle to go over some questions is had about systems on my vehicle. I was on my way home an hour and 10 minutes after arriving. Super happy with my first vehicle experience.

30,000 mile oil change and inspection. Service was friendly, prompt and attentive.

With no appointment made, I brought my car in late one evening and requested they do a specific test on my cylinders, per my tuner, and had two rear tires installed. They took the car in, and it was ready the next afternoon. They are very good at what they do, very professional and extremely friendly. I wouldn’t even contemplate taking my car anywhere but Century BMW.

Alex he helped us get a tow truck and by the time we got to Grenville it was past closing but the car needed repairs. We were given a loaner. The service I received was outstanding, starting with a next day appointment to finding my water leak within 2 days to keeping me informed throughout the whole repair process and finally to arranging a tow service to bring my car back to my home from Greenville to Columbia (it was going to be difficult for me to arrange a 90 minute ride when my car was ready). The service manager (Charley) kept me informed throughout this lengthy diagnosis and repair process and was a pleasure to communicate with. I'm not sure when I've had such a positive and an excellent experience with a business like the one with Century BMW/Mini.Service. And to top it off, my car was spotlessly clean when I got it back, almost like it was brand new. I can highly recommend this business for anyone that needs service work on their Mini Cooper.

My car was two year old and has 18000 miles on it. I went in for an oil change and annual inspection. I had a Board meeting at a nearby utility. I had brought my car in elsewhere and it was recommended that I bring it to the dealer given the difficulty in diagnosing the problem with the air conditioner. Century Mini was able to diagnose and repair the system, costing me less than I had anticipated. Additionally, there was a need to replace the chrome hood trim. Bought two Michelin All Season Pilot 4’s for the rear tire replacement on my 535i M Sport. The price was competitive, included balancing, and mounting. I don’t trust discount tire stores with my BMW. The Century BMW price is competitive with discount tire stores anyway. At Century BMW, I know the undercarriage and TPMS Sensors will not be damaged. One minor issue: My Wheel Lugs were slightly over tightened. Century needs to require there Techs use “Torque Stick” Sockets when tightening wheel lugs. I struggled breaking the lugs open using a 2 foot breaker bar, when I got home! 😳 I am glad I bought my tires at Century BMW!

Great customer services!

Brought vehicle in for routine maintenance. During inspection an issue was detected. The cost of repair was quite high. Kaleb took the initiative to follow up and found it would be covered under warranty. Kaleb is very contentious and professional. He’s an asset to the business.

Locking lug nut removed. I was at a tire dealership and they couldn’t remove one of the locking lug nuts because the key broke. I brought my vehicle in at the end of the day on a Saturday. They didn’t hesitate to help me out by removing the locking lug. They are 100% in my opinion! Awesome job! Thanks for helping me out in a pinch!

Travis was the friendliest, most helpful person I have met at BMW. My family and I have bought/serviced all our cars from this establishment, but a lot of our experiences have been frustrating. Every service appointment for maintenance had the same response: “You need to replace this, this, this, and this, but good luck on finding a replacement car in the meantime.” Travis was thorough in his assessment, but collaborated with me instead of telling me EVERYTHING needed to be fixed. He respectfully noted that “it might be time for this tire to be replaced soon, just so you know”. He never phrased it as if it was a DIRE situation. He respected my time and ensured I would not be without a car/ride while my car was being serviced. If you have any car problems, I would recommend Travis. I’ve already told my family members that he would be the most stress-free person to deal with at BMW, so I’m recommending him to anyone reading this now.

The service provided is unmatched just like the vehicles. My rep was very pleasant to interact with and I was highly comfortable while waiting, which was swift as well.

Making the appointment at a time convenient to me was very easy. The customer waiting area is very comfortable with snacks and drinks. The work was professional and they washed the car for me when finished. It was pricier than other places, but I believe "You get what you pay for" and I want to keep my BMW in tip top shape by using their certified parts and technicians.

we bought a used car for my daughter and highly recommend! the process was easy, not pushy, and fast! Baynes was a great salesmen that took care of us, joked around with us, and not pushy at all. Mike was great as well!!!

We bought our daughter's first used car from them. Had it less than 30 days. It blew a head gasket. They don't have a mechanic who can repair a Nissan and the will not split the cost to take it somewhere to have it repaired. I asked to see the inspection of the vehicle they performed before they sold me the vehicle, they don't have any documentation of it. I believe they knew there was something wrong with the vehicle prior to selling it to me. There was Sales Associate Approval Form was not completed, it clearly states on the bottom of the form, "If vehicle fails any of the above it must be returned to the UC Manager for inspection and correction of the issues. Do NOT put merchandise on the lot." This form was not completed which means there is no record that it was performed and should not have been put on the lot or sold. The only way I have been able to contact the manager is to go to Century BMW in person. The only resolution I was offered was for them to buy the vehicle back for what they could get at auction, which would be a $5000 loss for me. I was told by the last manager that I spoke with that I could take them to court and they had never lost in court. He was very proud of the fact that they had never lost in court.

Lease return made at Century BMW. To meet BMW run flat tire requirement the lease return, low mileage all-season Michelin tires were swapped from the lease return to a new BMW, with the new run flats installed on the lease return. Work was done under a right schedule with the install on the new BMW done perfectly: no rim scrapes, proper tire pressure and well balanced. Total time for the tire swap and the lease return inspection was about two hours. Thanks to Andrew Dantzler and crew, including Libby Webster and Emily.

Suggestion: Since the car is "telling" the dealer that it needs attention, if the car could also approximate how long standard repairs would take, it would help customers know whether to wait or take the shuttle.

The beloved high end coffee machine that is in the well appointed waiting room had stopped working on my previous visits, and apparently Century BMW management decided to remove it rather than replace or repair it. My Chevrolet truck dealership in Anderson still has a functioning coffee machine to this day for the benefit of customers. Come on, Century BMW, I know you can do better for your customers.

I recently had my 2015 BMW X1 serviced that I bought from Carvana. There was a service light on when Carvana delivered the car so I wanted the best people to look at it. They were very good to deal with. They put in a new battery and new mirror and tried to get the service light to come on again but it didn't but of course after I pick it up and get down the road the service light came on again. I may have to take it back.

I have to brag on Century Mini Greenville, SC. We live an hour drive away and my tire had major damage that we discovered late Wednesday. Mini had me all set up in no time. A flat bed wrecker picked it up Thursday morn here at my home at 8:30am. It was delivered to them and they got it all fixed up by 1:30pm. They then had it delivered back to me by 3 Thurs afternoon. This visit was to replace radiator and radiator sensor under warranty. This was performed at no cost to me. Also performed a complimentary multi-point inspection at no charge and e-mailed the results to me.

Just a quick note to mention my overall high level of satisfaction with my latest service experience. In a nutshell a rodent ate through my wiring harness which basically immobilized the vehicle. Century implemented an interesting new service feature wherein the repair tech actually video taped the damaged area for my inspection. This video was attached to a preformatted service website. I say a picture is worth a thousand words and made my repair decision making process very easy.

Century BMW not only was great in that regard, but also once it came time to talk numbers and do a deal. The process was straight forward and there wasn't any BS involved, which is rare in the car shopping world. No offense to car dealers or sales people meant by that, it's just the typical nature of the game. Not at Century BMW. I was given a price, I offered back a price that I felt was closer to where I wanted to be, and the deal was done. I was able to do everything remotely other than sign a few docs and hand over a down-payment. And to top it all off, the X3 M40i I purchased is my absolute favorite car purchase in many years. This thing has made driving an absolute blast again! The only problem now is that my wife's new car has suddenly become my favorite car to drive in our house...she's not sure how to feel about that!

Made sure I was safe to drive home. and seats were adjusted,, phone plugged in , mirrors were adjusted etc. Said to call him if I had any questions or problems, as it was dark and I had to drive back to Columbia in new car.

I?ve been taking my Mini?s to Century?s Service Dept since 2012. I took my Mini in for new brake pads. Bonnie, the Service Rep, took the initiative to also do an oil charge which would be due very soon. All my fluid levels were checked and refilled as needed plus a multipoint inspection was done. I?m still under warranty so there was no chg and it was completed so quickly. Love Century Mini

Our service advisor kept us informed about the status of the service. This visit was for annual servicing. Our car also had a recall programming update that would take about 3 hrs. The waiting area was comfortable, and I actually enjoyed watching some programs on HGTV. We were also advised of a repair that needs to be made under warranty. We'll make another appointment for that.

We were en route on I-26 to Charleston, SC when our BMW X-5 began missing and sent message of malfunction, to see a dealer promptly. Century BMW in Greenville, SC was nearest dealer. We called them; the person who answered was cordial and said bring it in. Within 30 minutes of our call, we were talking with Jim Rohrer, the Service Advisor. He arranged almost immediately for someone to look at the car. Within another 30 minutes, he explained to us what was wrong and how they could fix it, how long it would take (about an hour). We were soon back on the road headed to Charleston. We felt we had a very positive experience with Century BMW and would certainly recommend them and visit them again if the opportunity presents itself. We were impressed with how graciously and efficiently Jim Rohrer and Century handled an unscheduled drop-in and very much appreciated it.

Buying process was surprisingly stress free. I was quite specific in the new car I wanted. Sales person was able to locate "the car" in transit and it arrived to the dealership within a couple weeks.
